Axis Gate Pass is a software solution designed to keep electronic records of various activities at the entry and exit points of large organizations. It has features such as recording the entry and exit of visitors, contract workers*, vehicles* and materials*, authorizing all entries, pop-ups (alerts) on client PCs, SMS* on mobile for electronic authorization, allowing, forwarding or rejecting requests, pass formats from the database or custom designed, onscreen and back-office MIS, one day and long-duration, multi-entry passes, custom data entry forms (fields and labels), and informative control centers.
